This Sugar Land home brings together mid-century furniture, country French pieces, and Southwest furnishings in an eclectic mix of collectibles. Among the larger pieces are black-and-white leather mid-century oversized chairs, an early-1900s country French armoire with a French bed, an American 1930s sofa with tables, a large bookcase, and a large leather sofa. Marble lamps and a wide collection of art are set through the house.

Clothing and accessories include a collection of vintage hats, women's shoes in size 8, and women's clothing ranging from small to large. A group of Southwest sterling jewelry is expected to arrive the day the sale opens.

Payment, entry, and sale terms

Major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. Credit card purchases carry a 3.5% charge. There is no fee for debit cards.

Children are not allowed. Infants may enter only if they are carried the entire time. Strollers are not allowed. Please watch your step around stairs, curbs, and similar obstacles.

Every sale is final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or warranties, and there are no exceptions. Items are researched and described as carefully as possible, but those descriptions are not guaranteed. Shoppers are responsible for checking each piece themselves before buying, and a purchase will not be refunded because a description was incomplete.
