Sugar Lakes Waterfront: Rose-Carved French Armoire, J.L. Metz Dining, and Size-10 Gucci
+95
A roughly 3,443-square-foot home on the water, with a pool, is open for an in-person estate sale, and the house itself is also for sale. French carved case goods and mid-century living and dining furniture fill the rooms, with a deep mix of smaller pieces throughout.
One bedroom is furnished as a French suite: a large two-door armoire carved with dripping roses and fitted with built-in shelving, a matching French bed, and French nightstands. Also here are Hoover cabinets, a large entertainment center, leather sofas, another sofa, a Restoration Hardware king bed with a nearly new mattress, a modern rustic desk, and a chest of drawers.
Living and dining rooms are mid-century. The dining group is a J.L. Metz table with six chairs, a long sideboard, and a serving cart with a marble top. Outdoor furniture includes a sofa, a chair, and a coffee table.
Smaller inventory includes Potter's Workshop pottery, vintage glassware, linens, U.S. coins, perfume, costume jewelry, and fine jewelry. A large group of .925 Navajo sterling is on hand. Women's shoes in size 10 include Gucci and Prada.
Major credit cards are accepted, and credit card purchases carry a 3.5% fee. Debit cards are accepted with no added fee. Children are not allowed. Infants may enter only if they are carried the entire time, and strollers are not permitted. Watch your footing around steps, curbs, and other changes in the property.
All sales are final. There are no refunds, no exchanges, no warranties, and no exceptions. The company researches pieces and writes descriptions as accurately as it can, but it does not guarantee those descriptions. If a description looks incomplete or wrong, it is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the item and do their own research before paying. Nothing is refunded because a description does not match what you later conclude about the piece. The company conducts a high volume of sales and does not treat item descriptions as a warranty.
