Also here are Hoover cabinets, a large entertainment center, leather sofas, another sofa, a Restoration Hardware king bed with a nearly new mattress, a modern rustic desk, and a chest of drawers.

Living and dining rooms are mid-century. The dining group is a J.L. Metz table with six chairs, a long sideboard, and a serving cart with a marble top. Outdoor furniture includes a sofa, a chair, and a coffee table.

Designer shoes, sterling, and smalls

Smaller inventory includes Potter's Workshop pottery, vintage glassware, linens, U.S. coins, perfume, costume jewelry, and fine jewelry. A large group of .925 Navajo sterling is on hand. Women's shoes in size 10 include Gucci and Prada.

Payment, entry, and final sale

Major credit cards are accepted, and credit card purchases carry a 3.5% fee. Debit cards are accepted with no added fee. Children are not allowed. Infants may enter only if they are carried the entire time, and strollers are not permitted. Watch your footing around steps, curbs, and other changes in the property.
