This gated-community sale in Sugar Land’s Sweetwater neighborhood is built around sporting firearms, higher-end art, and jewelry, with a two-car garage the seller describes as packed. The rest of the house is furnished for everyday living, from baths and bedrooms through holiday storage and floor coverings.
Firearms, higher-end art, and jewelry are not kept in the house until the sale is open. The firearm list and prices, and the inventory list for the sale, are posted when the sale opens and not before. A police officer is on site during the sale.
Park on Sweetwater where the signs direct you. The seller says the Sugar Land Police Department has allowed that parking. An employee at the gate handles entry, and a small pedestrian gate will be open if you walk in. Do not park inside the small community except when you are picking up a larger item.
Major credit cards are accepted, with a 3.5 percent fee on credit-card purchases. Debit cards are not charged that fee. Children are not admitted. An infant may come in only if carried the whole time, and strollers are not allowed. Watch your step around stairs, curbs, and the rest of the property.
Every sale is final. There are no refunds, exchanges, warranties, or exceptions. The company researches pieces and describes them as carefully as it can, and it does not guarantee those descriptions. If a description is incomplete or off, it is your job to research the item before you buy. Purchases are not refunded for that reason.
The seller also expects to offer the house itself, described as about 6,000 square feet in Sugar Land, in a separate listing.
