Cash and credit are accepted. A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay purchases.

All transactions are subject to sales tax. Tax-exempt buyers must present a Texas Sales and Use Permit and a completed Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate at the sale.

No children under age 12 are permitted.

No food, drinks, bags, purses, totes, backpacks, strollers, baby carriers, or large coats are allowed.

Moving and delivery are the buyer's responsibility. Please bring help to load large items, along with muscle and moving boxes. Furniture pickup will be scheduled during sale hours.

The seller is not responsible for accidents on the premises.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Jewelry and firearms are not kept on-site.
