Payment: cash and credit. A 3% processing fee is added to all credit/debit card and Apple Pay/Google Pay purchases. Accepted methods include cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, JCB, UnionPay International, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are subject to sales tax.

Tax-exempt buyers must present a Texas Sales and Use Permit and a completed Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate at the sale.

No children under age 12. No food, drinks, bags, purses, totes, backpacks, strollers, baby carriers, or large coats. Moving and delivery are the buyer's responsibility—bring help, muscle, and moving boxes to load large items. Furniture pickup is scheduled during sale hours only.

We are not responsible for accidents. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges. Attend the sale in person for item-specific questions; we do not answer phone, email, or text inquiries about pricing before or during the event. Jewelry and firearms are not kept on-site. 24/7 on-site security is provided.
