Also offered: holiday decorations, artificial plants and pots, decorative knickknacks with many religious figures, a mid-century mineral-oil rain lamp shaped as a goddess, a winged woman statue, office supplies, books, men's clothing and coats, a refrigerator, a stand-up freezer, and an electric hospital bed.
Cash and major credit cards are accepted. A credit card purchase needs a matching photo ID and has a $5 minimum. Personal checks, company checks, Zelle, Stripe, Venmo, and similar payment apps are not accepted. State and local sales tax is included.
Retailers and dealers who want a tax-exempt purchase must bring a valid photo ID and a copy of their sales and use permit, and complete Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate form 01-339. A copy of the permit is kept with the form and the receipt. If that paperwork is not provided, tax is charged. No exceptions.
Large purses, backpacks, and sacks are not allowed inside. A purse larger than a sheet of notebook paper will not be admitted.
Children 15 and younger are not permitted, with no exceptions. Infants may be carried. Baby strollers are not allowed.
The seller is not responsible for accidents or injuries. If you break it, you buy it, and you are responsible for the damage. The seller may decline to sell any item. Inspect pieces before checkout. There are no returns, exchanges, refunds, or warranties.
Buyers remove what they purchase and should bring help and tools for larger pieces. This is not an auction. Everything is sold as is, where it sits. There are no online or telephone sales, nothing is shipped, and prices are not given by phone or online. All sales are final.
