Sale Policies and Important Information

We accept cash and major credit cards with matching photo ID. There is a $5 minimum on credit card purchases.

No personal or company checks are accepted. Zelle, Stripe, Venmo, and similar payment apps are not accepted.

Large purses, backpacks, and sacks are not permitted inside. Purses larger than a sheet of notebook paper will not be allowed in.

Children 15 years old and younger are not permitted. No exceptions. Infants may be carried. No baby strollers.

We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.

If you break it, you buy it. You are responsible for damages.

All sales include state and local taxes.

We reserve the right not to sell an item. Check items before purchase.

No returns, exchanges, refunds, or warranties.

Buyers are responsible for removing purchased items. Bring help and tools for larger pieces.

Retailers and dealers seeking tax-exempt purchase must provide a copy of your Sales and Use Permit with valid photo ID. We have Texas Form 01-339 available to complete. No exceptions — tax is charged if you do not comply, and we must keep a copy of your permit stapled to the state form and receipt.

This is not an auction. All items are sold as-is and where-is. No online or telephone sales. We will not ship items. Pricing will not be disclosed by phone or online.
