Champions East still has the look of a house that was lived in for a long time. A lighted curio cabinet is full of glass, porcelain, and small decorative pieces. Nearby are a painted ceramic lamp on a wood tray table, cane-back rocking chairs with green cushions, and a bookcase of small figures.
Boxes of vinyl records fill one room. Holiday figures, a deer, and a small tree sit on a wood sideboard. The workshop holds stacked tool chests, a pegboard, and hardware.
Cash and Zelle only. Credit and debit cards are not accepted. Everything is sold as-is and is not guaranteed to work. On-site testing may be allowed so you can see whether a device powers on. Staff must price-check every purchase, including anything someone calls out or claims was agreed verbally. Items are not held. If a deposit is taken, it is for no longer than one hour.
Children are not allowed. Purses larger than a wallet are not allowed. Food and drink are not allowed. The number of people inside is limited. Bring your own help: staff will not move furniture during or after the sale. The seller is not responsible for accidents. The sale starts at the posted time and not before. Firearms and jewelry are brought in for the sale and taken off the property at the end of the day.
