Payment is cash or Zelle only. Credit cards and debit cards are not accepted. Children are not allowed. Purses larger than a wallet are not permitted.

All merchandise is sold as-is without guarantee of working order. On-site testing may be limited to confirming whether an item powers on. Every purchase must be rung up and price-checked by staff before leaving; verbal claims, call-outs, or third-party pricing will not be honored.

We do not hold merchandise. Deposits, when accepted, may reserve an item for up to one hour only. Buyers must bring their own labor to move furniture; our staff cannot assist with loading or moving during or after the sale.

We are not responsible for accidents or injuries on the property. Shopping begins at the posted start time—not earlier. Food and drinks are not allowed inside the home. For everyone's safety, entry may be limited when the house reaches capacity.

Firearms and jewelry are not kept on the property during sale hours; those categories are removed at the end of each sale day. These rules are in place so every guest can shop safely and efficiently—thank you for cooperating.
