Inventory spans multiple levels of the home and continues to be photographed and organized. Expect a dense, high-quality mix throughout — plan time to browse carefully and arrive prepared to move larger pieces on your own.

Cash, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle are accepted. Credit and debit cards are not accepted at this sale.

Terms and Conditions

Absolutely no children are permitted. No purses larger than a wallet are allowed inside the home.

All items are sold as-is and are not guaranteed to be in working order. On-site testing may be allowed only to confirm whether a device powers on.

Every purchase must be priced and checked by staff before checkout. Verbal claims, call-outs, or "he said/she said" pricing will not be honored.

We do not hold items. If you need a deposit to secure a purchase, the hold is limited to one hour from the time the deposit is placed.

You must bring your own help to move furniture and large items. Staff will not assist with moving during or after the sale.

We are not responsible for accidents on the property. Sales begin at posted hours — never before. No food or drink is permitted inside.

For everyone's safety, the number of people allowed into the home at one time is limited. Firearms and jewelry are removed from the property at the end of each sale day and are not available for purchase on-site.
