Absolutely no children are permitted at this sale. No purses larger than a wallet are allowed.

All items are sold as-is and are not guaranteed to be in working order. On-site testing may be allowed only to check whether a device powers on.

We will not accept any purchase unless it has been price-checked by staff, including call-outs and he-said/she-said pricing claims.

We do not hold items. If you need a deposit to secure a purchase, the hold is limited to one hour once staff approves the deposit.

Bring your own help to move furniture. Staff will not help move large items during or after the sale.

We are not responsible for accidents. Sales begin at posted hours, never before. No food or drink inside the home.

For everyone's safety, the number of people allowed into the home is limited. Any firearms or jewelry are not on the property until removed at the end of each sale day.
