All items are sold as-is and are not guaranteed to be in working order. On-site testing may be allowed only to confirm whether a device powers on. No purchase will be accepted unless it has been price-checked by staff, including call-outs or he-said/she-said pricing disputes.

Items are not held. If you need a deposit to secure an item, the hold is limited to one hour. You must bring your own help to move furniture; staff will not assist with moving large items during or after the sale.

Staff are not responsible for accidents. Sales begin at posted hours and never before. No food or drink is permitted inside the home.

For everyone's safety, the number of shoppers allowed inside the home is limited. Firearms and jewelry are not kept on the property during the sale and are removed at the end of each day.
