Blue Family Estate Sales is opening a Cypress Mills estate where everything in the house is for sale. Expect a classic room-by-room shop — furniture, household goods, and the kind of everyday decor and misc. that fills cabinets once the big pieces are claimed. Come ready to walk the whole home; this is a clearout-style sale rather than a curated boutique preview.

Payment

Cash and Zelle only. Credit cards and debit cards are not accepted.

Children, bags, and entry

Absolutely no children are allowed at this sale. Purses larger than a wallet are not permitted — leave oversized bags outside or at home.

For everyone's safety, the number of shoppers inside the home is limited. Sales begin at the posted opening times and never earlier. No food or drink inside — please treat the home respectfully.

As-is sales and checkout rules

All items are sold as-is and are not guaranteed to be in working order. On-site testing may be allowed to check whether a device powers on.

Staff must price-check every purchase before payment. Call-outs, verbal price claims, and "he said / she said" pricing will not be accepted.

Items are not held without a deposit. If you place a deposit to hold something, the hold lasts no longer than one hour.

Moving, loading, and liability

Bring your own help to move furniture and large pieces. Staff will not help move any large items during or after the sale.

Blue Family Estate Sales is not responsible for accidents on site.

Firearms and jewelry

Any firearms or jewelry brought for the sale are not left on the property overnight — they are removed at the end of each sale day.
