Everything is sold as-is with no guarantee that items work. On-site power-on testing may be allowed when staff can accommodate it.

Purchases are accepted only after staff price-checks each item. Verbal call-outs, he-said/she-said pricing, and unmarked deals are not honored.

Items are not held without a deposit. When a deposit is placed, the hold lasts no longer than one hour.

Bring your own help for furniture and large pieces. Staff will not move large items during or after the sale.

The organizers are not responsible for accidents on the property.

Doors open at the posted start time and not earlier.

No food or drink inside. Treat the home respectfully.

Entry may be limited for safety so the home does not become overcrowded.

Any firearms or jewelry brought for the sale are not left on the property overnight and are removed at the end of each sale day.
