Purchase, Holds & Moving

All items are sold as-is and are not guaranteed to be in working order; on-site testing may be allowed to check whether a device powers on. Staff will not accept any purchase unless it has been price-checked by staff — no call-outs or he-said/she-said pricing. The company does not hold items; if you need a deposit, holds last no longer than one hour. Bring your own help to move furniture — staff will not help move any large items during or after the sale.

Safety & Conduct

The company is not responsible for accidents. Sales start at posted hours and never earlier. No food or drink — please be respectful in the home. For everyone's safety, the number of people allowed into the home is limited. Firearms and jewelry are not kept on the property until the sale and are removed at the end of each day.
