The company does not hold items; if you need a deposit, holds last no longer than one hour. Bring your own help to move furniture — staff will not help move any large items during or after the sale.

For everyone's safety, the number of people allowed into the home is limited. Firearms and jewelry are not kept on the property until the sale and are removed at the end of each day.
