What Shoppers Will See

Expect a vivid patterned sofa with matching pillows, a large dark-wood entertainment wall unit with glass cabinets, glass-and-metal scrollwork coffee and end tables, Persian-style area rugs, ornate lamps, crystal and glass accessories, wingback seating, folding screens, oval mirrors, pedestal tables, blue-and-white ceramics, and large gold-framed portraits and still-life artwork. Additional rooms continue the mix of furniture, lighting, and home accents shown across the gallery.

Payment & Entry

Payments accepted: cash, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle only. No credit or debit cards. Absolutely no children. No purses larger than a wallet. Sales start at the posted hours — never earlier. No food or drink inside. For everyone's safety, staff limits how many people are in the home at once.

Purchases, Holds & Moving

All items are sold as-is and are not guaranteed to be in working order; on-site testing may be allowed to check whether a device powers on. Staff will not accept any purchase unless it has been price-checked by staff — no call-outs or he-said/she-said pricing. The company does not hold items; if you need a deposit, holds last no longer than one hour. Bring your own help to move furniture — staff will not help move any large items during or after the sale.

Safety & Security

Blue Family is not responsible for accidents. Any firearms or jewelry are not left on the property overnight — they are removed at the end of each sale day. These house rules are meant to keep shopping smooth and enjoyable for everyone.
