Blue Family is holding a whole-home estate sale in the Fairfield Village North neighborhood of Cypress. The house is open for in-person shopping, and the number of people inside is limited for safety.

Payment, bags, and children

Payment is cash, Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle only. Credit cards and debit cards are not accepted. Children are not allowed. Purses larger than a wallet are not allowed. Food and drink are not allowed inside, and shoppers are asked to treat the house with care.

How purchases work

Everything is sold as-is and is not guaranteed to work. On-site testing may be allowed so you can see whether a device powers on. Staff must price-check every purchase before it is accepted, including items mentioned by another shopper. Nothing is held. If you need a short hold, a deposit may reserve an item for no longer than one hour.

Bring your own help to move furniture. Staff will not move large items during the sale or afterward. The company is not responsible for accidents. Shopping starts at the posted hours and not before. Firearms and jewelry are not kept on the property until the sale is underway, and they are removed at the end of each day.
