Payment

Cash, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle are accepted. Credit cards and debit cards are not accepted.

Who may enter

Children are not allowed. Purses larger than a wallet are not allowed.

How purchases work

Every item is sold as-is and is not guaranteed to work. Staff may allow a quick on-site check to see whether something powers on. A purchase is not accepted until staff has price-checked it, including anything another shopper calls out. Nothing is held without a deposit, and a deposit holds an item for no longer than one hour. Bring your own help for furniture. Staff will not move large pieces during or after the sale. The company is not responsible for accidents. No food or drink. Shopping begins at the posted opening time and not before. Firearms and jewelry, if any, are brought in when the sale opens and taken off the property at the end of each day.
