Heritage Grand in Katy is opening a house of Mission oak and mixed furnishings. Look for an antique sideboard with a detached mirror, a Mission-style dining set with a flatware chest, a Victorian oak hall tree, and a vintage triple dresser with a hutch mirror. Seating includes tufted leather ottomans and accent chairs, plus a mid-century roll-top desk.
Two high-end massage chairs are here, an Osaki OS-Pro First Class and a Real Relax Favor-03, along with two Schwinn 430 elliptical trainers, a Yosuda RC-Pro recumbent bike, and other exercise equipment. The walls hold framed prints, including signed limited editions by Lena Liu and pieces by Ruane Manning and Glynda Turley, and a rectangular beveled mirror in an ornate silver frame.
The kitchen and dining closets include Portmeirion Botanic Garden, Corelle Spring Meadow, vintage glassware, and everyday kitchenware and bakeware. A Nikon DSLR kit, lenses, and a camera bag are in the mix, with garage and workshop goods, electronics, and media filling out the rest.
Everything is sold as-is and is not guaranteed to work. On-site testing may be allowed so you can see whether a piece powers on. Smaller items carry blue price tags. Larger items carry white hang tags: remove the bottom section and hand it to the cashier. Other items are priced from the rack card. The crew must price-check every purchase. Tags or marks that are not theirs are not accepted.
To hold an item you are buying, ask a crew member for a sold sticker, write your name and phone number, and place it on the piece. That sticker means you have agreed to buy it. Do not gather a pile to sort through later. If you decide against something, return it where you found it or hand it to the crew.
Cash, credit, debit, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted. There are no pre-sales, and prices are not given before the sale. Tax-exempt buyers must present a Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate, Form 01-339, before payment. A blank form is available if you do not have a copy.
The crew does not move large items during or after the sale. Bring your own help, and pick everything up before the sale ends. Packing materials and a gift-wrapping table are available after you pay. Leave large bags, purses, food, and drinks in your vehicle. Parking in the driveway is off limits. Follow posted signs, and do not block driveways, mailboxes, or fire hydrants.
