Every item is sold as-is without guarantee of perfect working order. Limited on-site testing may be permitted to confirm whether powered items turn on.

Smaller merchandise carries blue price tags; larger pieces use white hang tags. For oversized items, tear off the bottom portion of the hang tag and present it at checkout. All other pricing follows the rack card posted in the sale.

Purchases are accepted only after our crew price-checks each item. We do not honor alternate tags, stickers, or markings.

To reserve an item you intend to buy, ask a crew member for a SOLD sticker, add your name and phone number, and place it on the piece.

Please do not place items on hold and then sort through them later to decide what to keep. If you change your mind, return the item to its original location or hand it to a crew member.

We cannot assist with loading or moving heavy furniture during or after the sale. Bring your own help and remove purchases before the sale closes.

Packing materials and a gift-wrapping station are available after you complete checkout.

Large bags, purses, food, and drinks must remain in your vehicle.

Driveway parking is prohibited. Follow posted signage and avoid blocking driveways, mailboxes, or fire hydrants.

We do not offer pre-sales or quote prices before opening.

Tax-exempt buyers must provide a Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate (Form 01-339) before payment. A blank form is available on site if needed.
