Sale Policies and Important Information

All merchandise is sold as-is and is not guaranteed to be in perfect working condition. On-site testing may be permitted to confirm whether powered items turn on.

Smaller items carry blue price tags. Larger pieces carry white hang tags — remove the bottom portion of the hang tag and present it at checkout. For all other items, refer to the rack card for pricing.

Purchases will only be accepted after our crew has price-checked the item. We do not honor any other price tags or markings.

To hold an item you intend to buy, ask a crew member for a SOLD sticker, write your name and phone number on it, and place it on the merchandise.

Please do not hold items and then sort through them later to decide what to keep. If you change your mind, return the item to its original location or hand it to a crew member for restocking.

We cannot assist with moving large items during or after the sale. Bring your own help, and remove purchased items before the sale ends.

Packing materials and a gift-wrapping table are available after checkout.

Leave large bags, purses, food, and drinks in your vehicle.

Parking in the driveway is not permitted. Observe posted signage and do not block driveways, mailboxes, or fire hydrants.

We do not offer pre-sales or provide pricing before opening day.

Tax-exempt purchasers must present a Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate (Form 01-339) before payment. If you do not have a copy, we can provide a blank form to complete.
