All merchandise is sold as-is and is not guaranteed to be in perfect working order. Limited on-site testing to confirm that an item powers on may be allowed.

Smaller pieces use Blue Moon blue price tags. Larger pieces use Blue Moon white hang tags—remove the bottom portion of the hang tag and bring it to the cashier at checkout. For other pricing, follow the rack card on site.

Only crew price-checked purchases are accepted. Outside tags, markings, or alternate prices are not recognized.

To hold an item you intend to buy, ask for a Blue Moon SOLD sticker, write your name and phone number, and place it on the piece.

Do not set items aside merely to browse through them later. If you change your mind, return pieces to where you found them or hand them to a crew member for restocking.

Staff will not move large items. Bring your own labor, and remove purchases before the sale ends.

Packing materials and a gift-wrapping table are available after checkout.

Leave large bags, purses, food, and drinks in your vehicle.

Do not park in the driveway. Follow posted signs and never block driveways, mailboxes, or fire hydrants.

There are no pre-sales, and prices are not shared before the sale opens.

Tax-exempt buyers must present a copy of the Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate (Form 01-339) before payment can be processed. If you do not have a copy, one can be provided for you to complete on site.
