This Katy sale in the Autumn Run area mixes mid-century modern furniture with French Provincial and traditional pieces. Named highlights include a Herman Miller Eames lounge chair and ottoman, a teak tallboy chest, a teak bachelor chest or wardrobe, a teak lateral filing cabinet, and a mid-century desk with cane-back chairs. Dining pieces include vintage French Provincial cane-back chairs, a Queen Anne-style dining table and chairs, and contemporary metal dining chairs. A colonial-revival four-poster bed, a Lane cedar chest, and an oak entertainment wall unit are among the larger case goods.
The household side includes kitchenware, cookware, cookbooks, glassware, and small appliances, including a Cuisinart food processor and a vintage Oster blender. Audio and electronics named for the sale include Klipsch Synergy speakers, a Boston Acoustics subwoofer, and assorted cables. Outdoor and utility lots cover garden planters, a Scotts broadcast spreader, a steel wheelbarrow, a grill gazebo frame, and a Fisher CZ-6a Quicksilver metal detector. Also listed are a Pride Mobility Jazzy power chair, a Teeter inversion table, a physician scale, a glass-top cigar humidor, vintage tobacciana, an Art Deco torchiere floor lamp, men's apparel, HON file cabinets, and a Thomas Kinkade landscape print.
All items are sold as is and are not guaranteed to be in perfect working order. On-site testing may be allowed to see whether something powers on. Smaller goods carry blue price tags, and larger goods carry white hang tags. For a larger piece, remove the bottom section of the hang tag and give it to the cashier. For everything else, use the rack card for the price. A purchase is accepted only after a crew member price-checks it. Other tags or handwritten marks are not honored.
If you want an item held, ask a crew member for a sold sticker, write your name and phone number on it, and attach it to the item. Do not set something aside and then sort through it while you decide. If you change your mind, put the item back where you found it or hand it to the crew. Large pieces will not be moved for you during or after the sale. Bring your own labor, and pick up anything you buy before the sale ends.
Packing materials and a gift-wrapping table are available after you check out. Leave large bags, purses, food, and drinks in your vehicle. The driveway is off limits for parking. Follow posted signs, and do not block driveways, mailboxes, or fire hydrants.
There are no presales and no prices given before the sale. Cash, credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted. Tax-exempt buyers must present a Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate, Form 01-339, before payment. If you do not have a copy with you, a blank form will be provided to fill out.
