This Cypress house is stocked with named case goods and seating: Drexel Compatica, French Provincial pieces, and an oak-veneer billiard table with a cue collection. Seating includes a La-Z-Boy recliner and a dark brown leather recliner, plus a workshop workbench and a vintage stereo console cabinet. The kitchen side includes a Samsung French-door refrigerator, Kenmore appliances, cookware, and dinnerware.
On the walls and shelves are a K. Maskell maritime oil painting, other vintage oils, a Tiffany-style stained glass table lamp, and glassware that includes Fostoria American. Outside, look for a children-whispering garden statue, metal crane sculptures, a vintage cast-aluminum patio dining set, and a woven metal patio dining set. The shed holds power tools and garden tools. Smaller finds include a vintage Radio Flyer tricycle and a vintage industrial honey extractor.
Every item is sold as-is and is not guaranteed to work perfectly. On-site testing may be allowed so you can see whether something powers on. Smaller pieces are marked with Blue Moon blue price tags. Larger pieces use white hang tags: remove the bottom section and give it to the cashier. For everything else, follow the rack card. The crew must price-check each purchase. Other tags or handwritten marks are not accepted.
To hold something you intend to buy, ask a crew member for a Blue Moon SOLD sticker, write your name and phone number, and attach it. Do not hold an item and then go through it before you decide. If you change your mind, return it to where you found it or hand it to the crew.
The crew will not move large items during or after the sale. Bring your own help. Large pieces must be picked up before the sale ends. Packing materials and a gift-wrapping table are available once you have paid. Leave large bags, purses, food, and drinks in your vehicle. Parking in the driveway is off-limits. Follow posted signs, and do not block driveways, mailboxes, or fire hydrants.
There are no pre-sales, and prices are not given out beforehand. Tax-exempt buyers must present a Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate, Form 01-339, before any payment. If you do not have a copy, one will be provided to fill out. Accepted payment is cash, credit or debit, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
