This southwest Houston house is stocked across almost every category. Crystal includes Baccarat and Waterford, with Swarovski pieces, glass, and porcelain nearby. Furniture runs to Chinoiserie, and the walls and shelves hold hand-carved art, vintage decor, vintage books, and other collectibles.
The practical side of the house is here too: power tools, kitchenware, electronics, holiday decor, and vintage clothing and accessories.
Only the company's own sold stickers are used. Ask an associate for one. Once a sticker is on an item, you are obligated to buy it. Do not set pieces aside to sort through later. Taking something out of the sale and then putting it back can keep someone else from buying it. If you pick an item up and decide against it, return it where you found it or hand it to an employee.
Look everything over before you pay. Sales are as-is, with no refunds. Electronics are not guaranteed to work, so test them before you buy. Prices are not negotiable on the first day. Discounts come on later days of the sale. Cash, credit cards, and Apple Pay are accepted. There are no pre-sales, and prices are not given ahead of time.
Doors open at the posted time and not before. Written sign-up lists are not honored. The staff hands out numbers the day of the sale, about one hour before opening. Large or heavy items must leave by two hours before closing on the last day unless you have arranged otherwise. Bring a suitable vehicle and your own help. Employees do not load large items. Do not park in the driveway unless you are removing furniture.
If you break or damage an item, you pay for it. Anyone caught stealing will be reported to the police. Do not bring food or drinks into the house, and do not leave trash on the front porch.
