Shopping guidelines

The full street address will be posted here before opening. Please do not park in the driveway unless you are actively removing purchased furniture. Bring an appropriate vehicle and help for large or heavy items — staff cannot assist with loading.

Payment accepted: cash, credit cards, and Apple Pay. Sold stickers are provided by staff only — once an item is marked sold, it must be purchased. Do not hoard merchandise to decide later; setting items aside removes them from the sale for other shoppers.

Inspect every item carefully before paying. All sales are final, as-is, with no refunds. Electronic items are not guaranteed to work — test before purchase when possible. First-day prices are firm; discounts may be offered on later days of the sale.

Large purchases must be removed by two hours before closing on the final sale day unless a prior arrangement is made. If you pick up an item and decide not to buy, return it to its original location or hand it to a staff member. You are responsible for the full cost of any item you break or damage.

Doors open at the posted time — not earlier. No food or drinks inside the home; please do not leave trash on the porch. Pre-sales, advance pricing, and handwritten sign-up lists are not honored. Numbered entry is distributed by staff approximately one hour before opening. Theft will be reported to police.
