No food, drink, or pets inside the home; service animals welcome. No public restroom available. Sold stickers mark purchase obligations and must include a legible name and phone number — only our stickers may be used, and removing stickers is prohibited.

Buyers must remove all purchases; bring help — no moving assistance provided. All items sold as-is, where-is with no guarantees or refunds. Theft is prosecuted; video surveillance is in use. If you break or damage an item, you are responsible for its cost. This is an in-person sale — we cannot answer repeated phone or text inquiries about price, dimensions, condition, or availability. Persistent messages may be ignored or blocked.
