Blue Moon Estate Sales invites shoppers to a two-day Westlake estate sale in the Austin area. Additional photos will be posted as inventory is staged — follow along for updates as the sale approaches.

Shopping at This Sale

This is an in-person estate sale. The full street address will be posted here before opening. Line numbers are distributed one hour before doors open — one number per person, and you must be present to receive a number. Items are not sold or priced before the event begins.

Terms & Conditions

Instructions from sale personnel and on-site signage supersede any other guidance. Park legally without blocking driveways, mailboxes, or lawns. Neither Blue Moon Estate Sales nor the property owner is responsible for accidents on the premises.

No food, drinks, or pets inside the home (service animals welcome). There is no public restroom. Sold stickers are provided to mark purchases — placing a sticker is an obligation to buy, and stickers must include a legible name and phone number. Only Blue Moon sold stickers may be used; removing stickers is prohibited.

Buyers are responsible for removing and loading all purchases — bring help, as Blue Moon does not provide moving assistance. All items are sold as-is, where-is with no guarantees and no refunds. Theft is prosecuted and video surveillance is in use. If you break or damage an item, you are responsible for its cost.

This event takes place in person only — not by phone, text, or online inquiry. Prices are fair and set at the sale. The team cannot answer questions about individual items, dimensions, condition, or availability before you arrive; seeing merchandise in person is the only way to evaluate it. Persistent repeated messages may be ignored or blocked.
