Terms & Conditions

Do not park in the driveway unless you are removing furniture. You must bring a proper vehicle and help to load large or heavy items. Cash, credit cards, and Apple Pay are accepted.

Sold stickers: Only staff sold stickers are permitted. If you wish to purchase an item, ask an associate for a sold sticker — you are then obligated to buy. Do not hoard items to decide later; returning items to the sale floor can cause another shopper to miss a purchase.

Examine all items carefully before paying. All items are sold as-is with no refunds. Electronic items are not guaranteed to be in working order — test before you buy.

Prices are not negotiable on the first day; discounts apply on subsequent days. Large purchased items must be removed by two hours before closing on the last sale day unless a prior arrangement is made. Staff do not help load large items — bring your own help.

Theft will be reported to police. Doors open at the published time, not before. If you pick up an item and decide not to buy, return it to its original location or hand it to a staff member.

If you break or damage an item, you are fully responsible for its cost. No food or drinks inside the home; do not leave trash on the front porch. No presales and no price quotes before the sale opens. Written sign-up lists are not honored — staff distribute numbers approximately one hour before opening.
