About This Sale

A full-home estate sale is coming to Pflugerville with furniture, décor, and household goods. Additional photos will be posted as the sale date approaches.

Thank you for your interest in this estate sale. Instructions from sale personnel and on-site signage take precedence over any information listed here.

Line numbers are distributed one hour before opening. One number per person; you must be present to receive a number.

We do not sell items or share prices before the event opens.

Park legally. Do not block driveways, mailboxes, or park on grass. Neither the estate sale company nor the property owner is responsible for accidents.

No food, drinks, or pets inside the home. Service animals are welcome. There is no public restroom available.

Sold stickers are provided to mark purchases. A valid sticker must include a legible name and phone number. Placing a sticker creates an obligation to buy. Only company-issued sold stickers may be used, and removing stickers is prohibited.

Buyers are responsible for removing their purchases. Bring adequate loading help; the sale team does not provide moving assistance.

All items are sold as-is, where-is. No guarantees are made regarding condition, and refunds are not offered.

Theft is prosecuted and video surveillance is in use. If you break or damage an item, you are responsible for its cost.

These are in-person events, not phone, text, or online sales. Prices are set fairly on site. Staff cannot answer detailed inquiries about individual items, dimensions, condition, or availability before the sale. Persistent pre-sale messages may be ignored or blocked. The best way to evaluate merchandise is to attend in person.
