Parking and loading

Do not park in the driveway unless you are actively removing furniture. Bring a proper vehicle and your own help to load large or heavy purchases. Sale staff do not load large items for buyers.

Payments

Cash, credit cards, and Apple Pay are accepted.

Sale rules

Only Blue Moon sold stickers are allowed. If you want an item, ask an associate for a sold sticker — once stickers are placed, you are obligated to purchase that item. Do not set items aside to sort later; holding items can take them out of the sale for other shoppers.

Examine everything carefully before paying. All items are sold as is with no refunds. Electronics are not guaranteed to work — test them before you buy.

Prices are not negotiable on the first day. Discounts typically appear after the first day as the sale continues.

Buyers must remove large purchased items by two hours before closing on the final sale day unless a prior arrangement is made.

Theft will be reported to the police. Doors open at the published time, not earlier.

If you pick up an item and decide not to buy it, return it to its original spot or hand it to an employee to reshelve. If you break or damage an item, you are responsible for its full cost.

Do not bring food or drinks into the house, and do not leave trash on the front porch. There are no pre-sales and no prices given before the sale opens. Written signup lists are not honored — numbers are provided by staff about one hour before opening on sale day.
