Sale terms

Do not park in the driveway unless you are actively removing furniture.

Bring a suitable vehicle and enough help to load large or heavy purchases. Staff will not help load large items.

Cash, credit cards, and Apple Pay are accepted.

Only staff-issued sold stickers are allowed. If you request a sold sticker for an item, you are obligated to purchase it. Do not set items aside to decide later—doing so removes them from the sale and can cause a missed purchase if you change your mind.

Examine every item carefully before paying. All items are sold as-is with no refunds. Electronics are not guaranteed to work; test them before purchase when possible.

Prices are not negotiable on the first day. Discounts may be offered after the first day.

Buyers must remove large purchased items by two hours before closing on the last sale day unless a prior arrangement has been made.

Theft will be reported to the police.

Doors open at the published start time and not earlier.

If you pick up an item and decide not to buy it, return it to its original place or hand it to an employee to put back.

If you break or damage an item, you are fully responsible for its cost.

Do not bring food or drinks into the house, and do not leave trash on the front porch.

There are no pre-sales, and prices are not given out before the estate sale opens.

Written sign-up lists are not honored. Numbered entry is provided by staff on sale day, typically about one hour before opening.
