Choices Estate Sale Service returns to Pattison for Part Two of the W.C. and Betty Taylor estate. Longtime antique buyers and dealers filled this home over decades, and the crew has wheeled in still more inventory since the first round. Expect a wide sweep of antiques and collectibles with rooms that feel genuinely full—worth a careful walk, not a quick glance.

The main house is more than 100 years old. Watch your step at doorways and thresholds; floors and frames have settled with age. More photos were expected after Friday staging, so the floor can shift as pieces get rearranged.

Sale policies

Payment is cash, Zelle, Venmo, or debit/credit cards only. There is a $20 minimum on credit or debit purchases.

Children under 12 must have parental supervision. Large purses and bags are not allowed; open baskets are fine.

Furniture must be picked up by the end of the sale. Bring help to load heavy pieces. Some packing materials may be on hand, but plan to bring your own.

Dealers need a completed tax-exemption form to skip sales tax. There is no public restroom—old house, old plumbing.
