Pattison Collector House Sale: Furniture, Smalls, and an Open Garage

What is in the house and garage

This is a one-day collector sale in Pattison, the third round of this house. Additional pieces that had been stored in the garage are now inside, and the garage stays open with furniture and smaller goods.

Discount and payment

A discount is offered during this sale day. Payment is cash, Zelle, Venmo, or debit and credit cards only. Card purchases have a $20 minimum.

Entry rules

Children under 12 may attend only with a parent. Large purses and bags are not allowed. Open baskets are fine.

Furniture, packing, and dealers

Furniture has to be picked up before the sale ends, so bring help to load. Some packing materials are provided, and shoppers should bring their own boxes and wrap as well. Dealers who do not want to pay sales tax must bring a completed tax-exemption form.

Safety and facilities

The seller is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness. Everyone who comes in does so at their own risk and is responsible for themselves. There is no public restroom.
