West University Demolition Estate — Antiques, Furniture, Fixtures, Doors, Windows & Yard Finds
+100
The Arnold Estate by Emily Styles is a large West University family home where the sale extends beyond furniture. Attached and architectural pieces are on the table: bathroom fixtures, lighting, toilets, doors, windows, an AC unit, hot water heater, banister, knobs, shelving, bricks, and wood.
Inside you will also find antiques, furniture in every room, vintage goods, and holiday inventory. Do not skip the backyard and garage — both are part of the hunt.
Come ready to haul; everything must be picked up by the end of the sale.
Friday is half off with deals on the big pieces. Saturday is name-your-price.
Cash is preferred. Cards are accepted for convenience up to $250. Venmo is also accepted. Please bring help for heavy items you purchase.
