Hill Williams Liquidations & Estate Sales

Hill Williams Liquidations is a Katy, TX-based, family-owned liquidation company serving the Greater Houston area. The team is led by Sonya and features specialists in different categories — a tools and electronics specialist, an art dealer, and a full-time pricing specialist dedicated to researching items in the home and surfacing the hidden gems.

How They Work

Hill Williams works on a commission-only basis with no money up front. A typical sale runs 2-3 days depending on the volume of goods, and the team can run sales in a home, an office, or a warehouse.

Before the sale, Hill Williams organizes and arranges the property and provides light cleaning. The team brings tables, locking cases, easels, and display material to attractively merchandise items, then spends hours researching and inspecting them to set accurate pricing.

Each sale is promoted through website photos, signage, print ads, email campaigns, and social media, drawing on a roster of hundreds of regular estate sale shoppers. All major credit cards are accepted on-site, and the staff are bilingual in English and Spanish to keep language from being a barrier.
