At JECofallTrades, we help clients prepare homes and household contents for sale through staging, merchandising, and estate sale work. Our approach is built around “Staged to Sell”: presenting rooms, furniture, art, accessories, and household items in a way that feels organized, intentional, and easy for buyers to understand.

For home staging, we use our own inventory of furniture and accessories and can help with the details that make a property show-ready, from room layout and styling to paint-color guidance and other preparation choices. Our goal is to give each room a clear purpose and help the home feel complete before it goes on the market.

When we run estate sales, we focus on practical in-home presentation for furniture, artwork, crystal, antiques, clothing, dinnerware, decor, outdoor pieces, and everyday household goods. We serve the Houston area, and sale details, appointment requirements, payment options, and pickup expectations may vary by event.
