The sale is first come, first served. Staff do not take phone calls about the sale. Anyone skipping sales tax must show a paper copy of a valid resale certificate. No one under 15 may enter. Every item is sold as-is, and every sale is final.
Payment is cash, Mastercard, Discover, or Visa only. Credit cards carry a 4 percent convenience fee. Buyers must be able to move what they purchase; the company sells the goods and does not provide moving help. Purses must be small enough to fit on an 8 1/2 by 11 inch sheet of paper. Buyers are responsible for removing purchases by the end of the sale unless a signed contract says otherwise.
