Richmond Home That Looks Current: Leather Recliners, Dining Suite, Craft Studio
+84
The living room centers on a pair of high-quality leather power-recline armchairs and a matching three-seat loveseat in dark grey, with a 60-inch Sony television. The dining room is a full suite: table, chairs, buffet, and a corner cabinet, plus rugs, lamps, and art.
The bedroom suite includes a bed, bedside tables, and a chest of drawers. Closets hold women's and men's clothing. Office pieces include a monitor. The craft area has desks, chairs, and a large set of storage carts, shelves, tubs, and organizing systems. Smaller pieces include antique train items, a compact freezer, 1960s golf clubs, a Weber grill, and a patio table.
Shopping is first come, first served, and the company does not answer phone calls about the sale. Notes for buyers on purchasing large pieces, when discounts are offered, and when shopping must stop are under FAQs for Buyers at margiebeeglesales.com. Email invitations for upcoming sales are available by signing up on that site.
Payment is cash, Mastercard, Discover, or Visa only. Credit cards carry a 4% convenience fee. Sales tax is collected unless you present a paper copy of a valid resale sales and use license. Every item is sold as-is, and every sale is final.
No one under 15 is allowed on the property. Bags must fit within an 8 1/2 by 11 inch sheet of paper, and large purses are not allowed inside. You move anything you buy. Purchases have to leave by the end of the sale unless a signed contract says otherwise.
