Sales are first come, first served; staff cannot take phone calls about this sale during setup. To avoid sales tax, bring a paper copy of a valid Texas resale certificate. No one under 15 is allowed on the property. All items are sold as-is and all sales are final.
Payment: cash, MasterCard, Discover, or Visa only — please bring an accepted form of payment. Credit card purchases include a 4% convenience fee. Buyers must move their own purchases; Margie Beegle Sales does not provide movers. Large purses are not permitted unless they fit within an 8½ by 11 inch sheet of paper. You are responsible for removing items by the end of the sale unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.
