A full-house vintage estate in Houston’s Southgate area (77030) packed with antiques, mid-century pieces, art, music, and seasonal collectibles. Highlights include a Russell Wright–attributed vanity suite, American oak case pieces, signed lithographs, rare Talor and Ng board art, Fiesta and ruby glass, a pink ceramic Christmas tree, vintage German kitchen cabinet, and a complete kitchen with cookware and utensils.
Shoppers will find jazz, R&B, and old-school vinyl, large CD collections, painted furniture, butcher-block tables, vintage toys, books, hats, Western boots, garden items including a bike, linens, and a mix of china and glass from ironstone-style sets to hand-painted plates.
Sales are first come, first served; staff cannot answer phone inquiries about this sale. To shop tax-free you must present a paper copy of a valid Texas resale sales-and-use license. No one under 15 is permitted on the property. Every item is sold as-is and all sales are final.
Payment is cash, MasterCard, Discover, or Visa only—please bring the correct form. Credit card purchases include a 4% convenience fee. Buyers must move their own purchases; the company does not provide moving help. Purses and bags must fit within an 8½″ × 11″ sheet of paper to enter the house. All items must be removed by the end of the sale unless a separate signed contract says otherwise.
