Payment is cash, MasterCard, Discover, or Visa only—please bring the correct form. Credit card purchases include a 4% convenience fee. Buyers must move their own purchases; the company does not provide moving help. Purses and bags must fit within an 8½″ × 11″ sheet of paper to enter the house. All items must be removed by the end of the sale unless a separate signed contract says otherwise.
