This gated community sale requires your name on the entry list at the guard shack — text Sam at 713-306-6144 (text only, no calls) between 9am and 9pm to be added. Furniture highlights include a very pretty French country pine dining table with two leaves, a set of four blue Windsor-style dining chairs, a country chic leather chair, an upholstered chair with ottoman, petite vintage ottomans and stools, a country chic metal bed, a Kincaid-brand mahogany chest with side table and lingerie chest, a high-quality Beautyrest adjustable bed, a pair of cute twin beds, a darling vintage four-poster bed, a vintage drop-front desk, and a home office setup with desk, shabby chic painted bookcase, and a good leather nailhead-trim office chair.
Tabletop and decorative goods include a darling blue-and-white plate collection with vintage pieces, a Delft blue-and-white coffee grinder that mounts to the wall, three nice pieces of vaseline glass, vintage pitchers, Pottery Barn dishes, a nice flatware set, pots and pans, utensils, and assorted kitchen items. Also offered are R. Doulton figurines, vintage porcelain, mantle clocks, pairs of candlesticks, candle lanterns, and a petite lighted display cabinet.

Sales are first come, first served. Staff cannot take phone calls about this sale during setup and sale hours.
To purchase without sales tax, you must present a paper copy of a valid Texas resale sales and use license at checkout.
No one under 15 years of age is permitted on the property. All items are sold as-is and all sales are final.

If you buy it, you move it — the sale team sells treasures but does not provide moving services.
No large purses are permitted inside the home. Bags must fit within an 8.5 by 11 inch sheet of paper.
You are responsible for removing purchased items by the end of the sale unless you have a signed contract stating otherwise.
