Sales operate first come, first served. Staff cannot take phone calls about the sale during event hours.

To purchase without sales tax, present a paper copy of a valid Texas resale sales and use tax permit at checkout.

No one under fifteen years of age is permitted on the property.

All items are sold as-is. All sales are final.

Accepted payment: cash, MasterCard, Discover, and Visa only. A four percent convenience fee applies to credit card purchases—please bring an appropriate form of payment.

Buyers are responsible for moving purchased items. The sale team sells merchandise only and does not provide moving or loading services.

Large purses are not allowed inside the home. Any bag you carry must fit within an eight-and-a-half by eleven inch sheet of paper.

You are responsible for removing your purchases by the end of the sale unless you have a signed written agreement stating otherwise.
