Tax-exempt resale purchases require a paper copy of a valid Texas resale certificate. No one under 15 is permitted on the property. All items are sold as-is; all sales are final.

Payment: cash, MasterCard, Discover, or Visa only. Credit-card payments include a 4% convenience fee. You must move purchased items yourself — staff are not movers. Large purses are not allowed unless they fit within an 8.5×11-inch footprint. Remove your purchases by the end of the sale unless a signed hold contract is arranged.
