This Memorial-area estate belonged to an artist who lived in the home for almost five decades, and it is filled with cool vintage finds. Most items will be offered as a make-a-pile sale with pricing only on pieces over $15, making this a treasure hunter's dream for mid-century and bohemian décor.

Highlights

Art fills the home in every form — vintage prints, watercolors, oil paintings, and mostly vintage posters with strong mid-century character. Book lovers will find antique medical texts, Judaica, cookbooks, art books, and several encyclopedia sets. Furniture includes a fine 1970s postmodern dining table with two leaves, a set of three Cesca chairs by Knoll (one needs repair), a vintage bar with barware, and an upright piano with bench.

This is a first-come, first-served sale. Staff cannot answer phone calls about the sale. To avoid sales tax, present a paper copy of a valid Texas Resale Sales and Use License. No one under 15 years of age is allowed on the property.

All items are sold as-is and all sales are final. Cash, MasterCard, Discover, and Visa are the only accepted payment methods. A 4% convenience fee applies to credit card purchases. If you buy it, plan to move it yourself — we sell treasures but are not movers.

Large purses are not permitted; bags must fit within an 8.5 by 11 inch sheet of paper to enter the home. You are responsible for removing your items by the end of the sale unless you have a signed contract stating otherwise.
