First come, first served. We cannot answer phone calls about the sale due to time constraints.

To avoid sales tax, present a paper copy of your valid Resale Sales and Use License.

No one under 15 years of age is allowed on the property.

All items are sold as-is and all sales are final.

Cash, MasterCard, Discover, and Visa are the only forms of payment accepted. There is a 4% convenience fee when using a credit card.

If you buy it, make sure you can move it yourself. We sell treasures — we are not movers.

No large purses are permitted. Your purse must fit within an 8.5 by 11 inch sheet of paper to enter the house.

You are responsible for removing your items by the end of the sale unless you have a signed contract stating otherwise.
