A long-collected Houston estate opens with antiques, mid-century modern furniture, fine china, original art, books, camera equipment, and estate jewelry. Highlights include a Royal Crown Derby china service in excellent condition, a rare Maitland Smith frog lamp, a Gilbert Rohde rosewood chest for Herman Miller, a Pati Bannister signed limited-edition print Porcelain Rose 142/300, room-size rugs, shabby-chic upholstered seating, antique bedroom suites, vintage rocking chairs, a reproduction child-size Canada quadricycle, and hundreds of Matchbox cars (most not on card).

Book and media collectors will find antique leather-bound volumes, photography and Southwest titles, vintage yearbooks, classic car magazines including a rare Porsche Christophorus collection, and vintage stereo electronics such as a Nakamichi Stasis TA-4A amplifier, Yamaha DSP-E300 processor, Nakamichi MB-2S seven-disc CD player, Yamaha DVD-S796, and a BSR DAK1 noise reduction system. Jewelry photos will be added before the sale — expect costume, sterling, and some gold pieces. No jewelry or sterling is on site until an armed security guard is present.

Sale Policies and Important Information

This is a first-come, first-served sale. Staff cannot answer phone calls about the sale. All items are sold as-is and all sales are final.

No one under 15 years of age is allowed on the property. Large purses are not permitted inside — any bag must fit within an 8½ by 11 inch sheet of paper.

Payment is accepted by cash, MasterCard, Discover, or Visa only. A 4% convenience fee applies to credit card purchases. Buyers must remove their purchases by the end of the sale unless a signed contract states otherwise.

If you are tax-exempt, you must present a paper copy of a valid resale sales and use license before purchase. Buyers are responsible for moving their own items — we sell treasures but do not provide moving services.
