Shopping is first come, first served. Staff cannot take phone calls about sale details during setup.

To purchase without sales tax, present a valid paper copy of your Texas resale sales and use tax permit.

No one under 15 is permitted on the property.

All items are sold as-is. All sales are final.

Payment accepted: cash, MasterCard, Discover, and Visa only. Credit card purchases include a 4% convenience fee.

Buyers must remove purchased items themselves. The sale team does not provide moving or loading help.

Large purses are not allowed inside the home. Bags must fit within an 8.5 by 11 inch sheet of paper.

Unless you have a signed written agreement stating otherwise, all purchases must be removed by the end of the sale.
