First come, first served. Phone inquiries about the sale cannot be answered due to time constraints.

To purchase without sales tax, you must present a paper copy of a valid resale sales and use license.

No one under 15 years of age is allowed on the property.

All items are sold as-is and all sales are final.

Cash, MasterCard, Discover, and Visa are the only forms of payment accepted. A 4% convenience fee applies to credit card purchases.

If you buy it, you must be able to move it yourself. The seller is not a moving company.

Large purses are not permitted — bags must fit within an 8.5 by 11 inch footprint to enter the house.

You are responsible for removing your purchases by the end of the sale unless a separate signed contract states otherwise.
