What to Expect

This is a multi-day estate sale in the Tanglewood area featuring fine art, furnishings, and collected luxury items throughout the home. Inventory spans wall art and décor, living and dining furniture, lighting, tabletop pieces, and specialty collectibles. The full street address will be posted here before opening.

Security & Valuables

Jewelry and other valuables will not remain in the home until the day of the sale. All valuables are removed from the premises at the end of each sale day. Twenty-four-hour camera surveillance and on-site security are present overnight, and undercover security patrols the property during the night and throughout sale hours.

Payment

Cash is preferred. Zelle and all major credit cards are also accepted. Digital payments and credit card transactions include a 3% surcharge.

Sale Policies

All sales are final. The property owner is not liable for accidents—please shop carefully. Large bags are not permitted. Children must be supervised at all times and may not be left unattended. If you break an item, you are responsible for purchasing it. Theft is not tolerated.

Moving Purchases

Staff can help carry small items to your vehicle. For large or heavy pieces, bring your own helpers or ask about movers available on site for a fee.
